Contraction and Expansion

I've slowed down recently on all fronts including work, It seems that there are many things to be done and much is needing attended to, but I'm enjoying the pace at present and to be quite truthful I think it has released a lot of stress which had built up over the past year. I've been non stop and pushed myself tirelessly to get ahead.
This may be the calm before the storm because I have many plans in the pipeline for the coming year and I'm very excited about that.
The recent lull has provided time to read up and catch up on many of my interests, it has also allowed me time to meditate, programme and goal set. Too much external stimulation in the business world had resulted in not enough internal care and time to soothe and nurture my mental ethos.
It feels like a period of contraction which will lead to expansion and I am thrilled at the prospect.

Hugs, Allan

Virtual Party

It's Saturday, May 8th, and I've just joined my Mother in Laws Birthday Party in Glasgow, virtually. All my family and extended family are there and it feels great to be brought close to them even if it is long distance and over the net. Isn't incredible, no matter where you are, that modern communication vehicles can connect you from almost anywhere to almost anywhere. From a family pespective it makes me feel less detached and isolated, it brings me closer to the ones I love and allows me to feel involved.
The world really is getting "smaller" and from a business point of view, not to ruin my party involvemenet, the global market is here and communication between nations of peoples from every persuasion and belief are getting clearer and more in tune with oneness. Namaste, Allan

Refresh

Good afternoon everyone, how are you? I really love this time of year, expectation of longer, sunnier days, warmer temperatures, even in Scotland. There is a shift in my energy as I start the new season, I look forward to the beautiful colours of the countryside as it flourishes in the warmth and new growth begins. It's a time to look forward and plan day trips and family visits, get togethers and barbecues. I love the outdoors at this time and the chance to sit out on the decking and watch the sunset over the lake.
The sunset and also the sunshine always brings a sense of calm and beauty, a feeling of connection to something greater. A sense of oneness with universal wholeness, peace, security and gratitude.

Namaste, Allan

Backup and Support

I'm heading off to our Positively Alive! meetup group soon and I'm really looking forward to meeting existing members and new alike. There is such energy and enthusiasm at these gatherings and a sense that everyone wishes to help in the growth of others. We are joined by new members each month and this brings renewal in itself, new friends, new experience and perspective, new insights and personal development techniques. The synergy that builds and grows with each meeting is exhilirating. I look to these meetups as a way to regenerate and invigorate my mind while at the same time share my experience and assist others. Sharing my hopes and aspirations with people who believe in me and offer help toward those outcomes is both rewarding and truly humbling.

In gratitude, Allan

Making the changes

In the time that I've been Coaching, I've noticed that an incredibly large percentage of people don't realize how powerful they are. It can be challenging and to be honest very tiring, like pushing an elephant up a hill.
That may sound like I'm being cheeky but it's not my intention. I want everyone, man, woman and child to wake up and embrace the creativity, strength, abundant love and grandness of their infinite self. It's my goal while working as a Coach or delivering a Presentation to help and assist my clients and attendees to see themselves as Creators in their lives, and I take great pleasure from my work. It is challenging but also stimulating. There is a tendency for most people to be afraid of change. They declare they want to change something but when it is proved to them that change can be made, they back off. All the fears that have held them captive for years, resurface and take hold again. They needn't be so fearful and overwhelmed, most change can be affected slowly, effortlessly and controlled. One step at a time until confidence rises, self belief in their internal power is regained and restored.

Almost a year!

Elton John is playing in the background, Tiny Dancer, a favourite tune of mine and Joyce. If you've met Joyce you'll get it. It reminds me that soon I'll be heading to Scotland to see my family. I'm really excited at the prospect of a big hug from my wife and kids.
I'll be taking care of some business interests while in Scotland but intend to spend most of my time with family getting hugs (free of course).
I've arranged a meeting with the Principal of my old High School in the hope that I can organize to deliver a Motivational Talk while I'm there.
It's our intention to set up Positively Alive! meetup groups in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. If our successes here in Canada are anything to go by, then they will be huge in Scotland also.
I cannot thank the students of Noble Manhattan Canada enough for their faith and belief and continued support during our first year of building. I have been blessed with unconditional love, support and encouragement from everyone I've met. I've been lucky enough to witness and enjoy the most incredible synchronicities, from LOA groups to business partnerships and more. I truly believe that I am in the vortex and just pop out now and again to annoy myself. Thank You Canada. A realization.

Coaching Workshop and Information Day

I'm busy organizing our Coaching Workshop/Info Day for Saturday in Cambridge at The Holiday Inn. I really enjoy getting these events up and running and the excitement of meeting new friends on the day. I'm very fortunate and extremely grateful that I found the one thing that makes me happiest, I just love having the chance to help and offer others the chance to make changes. I've learned many techniques and tools from the world of Professionally Accredited Life Coaching and Personal Development and take great pleasure in showing others that it doesn't need to be difficult, to first of all create change, then embrace it. It takes one small step then another. You can do it too.

Keep smiling, Allan
