February already

That was quick. I don't know if it's an age thing but January flew and February is now under way. On reflection, January was quite exciting for many reasons. One of those reasons was that I achieved an incredible amount of results. At the beginning of January I had planned to have certain accomplishments attained (goals by any other name) by month end. Despite numerous challenges in various areas, I look back with great pride and notice that not only have I surpassed my original goals but managed to add value in other directions. When I pressed myself to get organized and make sure Noble Manhattan Canada had presence at the Health and Fitness Expo in Windsor, despite the setbacks I encountered, our Canadian Students got fully behind us and helped make it a very successful event. "Sometimes we have to take a chance and let providence take care of the rest". Thank you to all my colleagues and friends who continually show me the way.
